I was previewing Blossom Valley ~ 95123 and Blossom Valley ~ 95136 bank owned homes earlier this week. As I drove by Almaden Lake Park I was so awestruck by the beautiful view I turned my car around so I could stop and take a photo. I then spent a few moments taking it all in. There were so many birds in the water and a clear view of the snow capped Mt. Hamilton.

It was a refreshing break for me - I previewed 13 bank owned properties that day. I wanted to stay longer and breathe in the beauty however it started to rain again. We have had so much rain in Silicon Valley these past few weeks. We definitely need the rain and I am grateful we are getting so much of it.

Silicon Valley homeowners, make sure the soil at the foundation of your home is graded a minimum of three inches below the top of the foundation. Soil that rests at or above the foundation can accelerate deterioration of wood framing members inside wall cavities.  You definitely want to maintain your Silicon Valley home and keep water away from the house.
