It is so important to share the good and the bad news with our clients.

They rely on us tohelp them make education decisions.  They may choose to list higher

than our CMA may show but at least they make that decision with the knowledge of knowing

what the market is doing around them.  Spending time and speaking about days on market in relationship to

pricing, letting them see what others had to find out the hard way. So on one hand we must tell it like it is and

then we must also instill confidence that we are the ones to list with to get the results that they are hoping for
