SeaCliff on the Greens is a guard-gated neighborhood located just east of Seapoint and north of Palm Avenue adjacent to SeaCliff Country Club. It offers homes in Mediterranean, English Tudor and French Chateau architectural stylings and was developed by Cayman Development in 1987.
SeaCliff on the Greens is a beautiful community and is known for the builder's use of broad, frequently-placed greenbelt areas, landscaped with lush, mature trees and occasional waterscapes. It features beautifully lush lagoon areas with calming waterfalls and ducks. Bridges, winding trails and greenbelts further enhance this well maintained community. Many of the homes abut or have views of nearby SeaCliff Country Club. The overall effect is a park-like atmosphere that is both peaceful and welcoming to neighborhood interaction.
There are three types of homes offered at SeaCliff on the Greens. There is the Estate Series with 142 single-family detached homes with seven different floor plans in a variety of architectural styles . Then there is the Master Series with over 100 single-family attached homes with four different floor plans. The third type is the Club Series wiith over 400 attached town homes with five floor plans. Many of these homes enjoy golf course, ocean or greenbelt views.
