Remember to Change Your Clocks Tonight!

Well, it's time to SPRING FORWARD tonight (March 7), so don't forget to turn your clocks forward one hour. You will lose an hour of beauty sleep tonight; however, we're gaining an extra hour of daylight--gone are the days of it being dark around 5:30 or 6:00 p.m.! I always love this time of the year because it means that Spring will be here shortly and with Spring come the beautiful flowers and warm weather that I enjoy so much. It's also a good idea to change all the batteries in your smoke detectors; remember to change them again when we go back to regular time in Autumn.

As I write this, I'm sitting outside on my back patio enjoying the slight breeze and the warmth that this sunny day has brung and I found some beautiful flower photos that I want to share. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did. And I'm wishing you a warm weekend wherever you are! Get outside and enjoy some fresh air if you can!

Arizona doesn't follow daylight savings time, so today, we were living in Mountain time, tomorrow we'll be living in Pacific time. Our clocks won't change, and it will drive our friends outside AZ nuts for a month or so until they get used to it. LOL

Hey Anne, What a great post! The only thing I dont like about spring forward, is now when I get up in the morning it is still dark out! Yikes! Eventually once spring really hits it will be light out again when I get up, but not today!
