You have some snow piled up in that picture! Our snow is melted and it is going to be warm for a few days. Good information for your readers too!

Thanks for your visit and comment on my blog. We got just a few flurries a couple days ago. Now it's 50 and sunny and windy -- I think we're about to enter the "season of the wind."

Lynda- I hope they find it useful.  Thank you for always stopping by.

Susie - It actually warmed up.  Today I was walking around without a coat.

Bill - I try; you do such a wonderful job.

Ann - I don't like the wind especially when I am drving.  Glad to hear it warmed up.

Jennifer, that's a quaint barn.  I hear things are slow in nearby Ulster County; hope they're better in Rhinebeck.  Good luck at KW.

Our February statistics aren't out yet, but I'm expecting sales to be up and prices down for the eighth consecutive month. Buyers seem to be out in force here but foreclosures and short sales are keeping prices down.

Teri - That is so true.

Kim - I don't want people to bury their head in the sand, by acting quickily there could be solutions available.

Russel - It is my understanding that it is the foreclosures that has driven the number of sales upward and there is definitely a co-relation between the price and number of sales.

Jennifer - I can't believe how much snow you still have up there.  Bet you can't wait for spring.  Love the picture of the barn.  Buyers and sellers will both appreciate your market report for the Red Hook area.
