I felt let down by your video. I don't think you get the point of Active Rain. It is about the sharing of ideas within the community. The whole watch my video so I can plug my more expensive product thing wont fly well here. Perhaps you should consider an infomercial.

Maybe I didn't make it clear but the POINT OF THE VIDEO was to tell you to TITLE web pages or Blogs the ADDRESS of your listings and they will get the top search result on Google.

A video showing how to set up blogs would be way beyond a 2 minute video.

I was sharing something that we have been using for the last 2 years.

Please explain to me how you are going to get anyone to search by a full address. How are they going to even know the address? From my experience, they search by city name and "homes for sale".

Again, that was an example of how easy it is to get to page one on Google. If you use the address, you must provide the consumer with directions to SEARCH ON THE ADDRESS. Where would you provide this?

I'm sure that if you give it some thought, you can think of places to put that small phrase.
