Retail shops, a restaurant and city homes fill the three stories that rise from the sidewalk - the tower site back on the site. Views are across Straub Park to the waterfront - Vinoy Basin and Tampa Bay beyond that. The building was completed in mid 2006.

There are currently 19 condominiums on the market in Parkshore Plaza, ranging from $569,000 for a 1,422 sq ft townhouse to $785,000 for a 2,384 sq ft condo in the Parkshore Plaza Tower, to $3,500,000 for a 5,600 sq ft condo on the 22nd floor of the tower.
