LUXURY HOMES IN WATERFORD - OFTEN THE LOT IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE HOUSE

WESTERN LOUDOUN COUNTY NEW HOMES ARE A PLEASURE TO SELL - BEAUTIFUL HOMES AND BEAUTIFUL LOTS.

New homes in Loudoun County are a pleasure to sell. I'm working with a buyer family, or is it a family of buyers, who are interested in new construction in Loudoun County, Virginia. One family member has lead to 2, then 3 who want to be in the same luxury community.

The blogs for Luxury Homes in Loudoun County is producing results. Since I started this campaign a few weeks ago, I am working with 3 local buyers and 4 out of town buyers who, if they get and accept job offers, will be relocating to Loudoun County.

Today was a challenge. The family was very dedicated to a home facing EAST and with no trees in front of the front door. Feng Shui can eliminate a lot of lots. I believe we were successful. But, we have to meet with the builder's engineer to determine if the house can be situated so that the tree in the front of the lot will not be directly in front of the front entrance of the house.
