SHORT SALE FORMS AND CHECKLISTS FOR REALTORS

I have developed some forms that I would be happy to share with any Realtor who is interested. I believe in systems so I developed 3 forms which I either send as a pre-listing email or take with me when I go to the listing appointment. It is very helpful to the sellers and to me, as well.

They are entitled:

1. Third Party Authorization

2. Loan Resolution Worksheet

3. Seller's Checklist (this lists the financial documentation, hardship letter, survey, bankruptcy trustee info, etc.)

It's look those form could be another post. The more we all learn the better! Short sales are going to be around for a lot longer.

Thanks Brenda. You were obviously listening carefully in Kindergarten when the teach told you that "it's nice to share". We appreciate it!

I just don't feel good about trying to make money from something that should simply be a professional courtesy. I have been asked to teach and publish and I do teach to the agents in my brokerage firm but that is as far as that is going to go. I love selling Real Estate and that is what I want to do. Don't get me wrong, I love teaching but I just wouldn't feel right about selling what I know that can help out my colleagues and when I help my colleagues to be more informed, it helps me, too. Call me crazy but that's just the way I roll.
