OK, Frank, I will jump in.
I think some Realtors can be good stagers, too. (Not that I am one of them) Just as you use your incredible photography skills and take time to enhance your listings and your blogs. You obviously enjoy it (photography), are good at it, and take the time to share your expertise and advice on your AR blog. And, other than time, it doesn't take away from your ability to do your job as an agent. Or does it?
Probably not. You might even have a headstart on Realtors who haven't mastered enhancing their listing marketing with photography (might?) because you already know how your photos will work in your marketing and how well or not they will draw buyers attention.
A Realtor/Stager will be planning 'the stage' already as she/he prices the home and incorporating the finished results into the price.
Great post!
