Prospective clients are indeed to be found everywhere! I recently joined a gym here in Tarpon Springs and am there almost every day of the week! I spend a little extra time there chatting with the owners, employees and other members. This has paid off!

The owner, his wife and some of their friends are interested in investing in SEVERAL properties and have me searching for them. If this isn't good enough, two other members heard us talking and asked me to help them find investment properties right now while prices are at rock bottom!!!
