Short Sale in Eagle Mountain was sold!  Over all I would have to say Chase Bank was very good to work with on this foreclosure.  We of course could of done it quicker, but as long as the bank is willing to do a lower price in order to take over 4 months to complete the short sale, then it works out (somewhat) in the end.  Now if we could only teach the bank about how much money they would save by moving their system faster and selling these homes quicker.  So many deals are not going through because the bank is either not willing to negotiate or because they take to long.  They receive these homes after the auction and end up listing them 20K lower than the multiple offers they had previously.  I only have one thought on this, these guys want a bail out???
