"HOW TO BUILD A REAL ESTATE CASH MACHINE"
Hi my name is Melissa Starner I live in Ohio, the small town I live in has so many houses that are just sitting empty. I have done my homework on every repoed house and abandoned homes I have seen, how do I get stared in making money selling this information? I do not wish to own the properties, I just wish to sell the info I have on them. One house I have done research on can be bought for just the back taxes owed which are now $3,000 and for the lein which was put on it several years ago for $6,000 and even then the lein holder is willing to make a deal on the lein to get that price down. How do I get started in getting rid of this info and making money doing it?
