 Growth Leader....  Patience, Patience, Patience.  This is the key word to farming internet leads through Growth Leader by Market Leader.

 I have 56 leads now.  Every day, I go to the Activity page, and send the recommended new listings to each lead.  Just like magic, you can see, they come back to my web site, the next day.  It works very well this way.

 Internet leads are very impersonal.  It is the nature of the business.  People like the anonymity. 

 Patience is a difficult thing to have when you have 55 leads, and only email address and names and a few phone numbers.....  but...

 This week, I received an email question from two of my leads asking for more information.

 HIP  HIP HORRAY!    HIP  HIP HORRAY! 

 Now we are getting somewhere.  Patience is a good thing.  I am learning.

 Sometimes there is a break in the steady stream of leads for a couple days.  Today, though , it is back, and two new leads.

This is a great system.

Hi Don, thanks for the post. This is a great reminder for any agent working with Internet prospects. The biggest challenges with this segment of home buyers are building the trust and nurturing them until they are ready to buy. At least you are equipped with the best tools available on the market to help you through this process.
