Maine real estate marketing getting hot! (putting on oven mitts)

As Joe Maine broker feeds the Statewide MLS with a new listing, he notices the six digit code number of his latest entry. A couple hours later after the mail lady comes into the parking lot on two wheels with a bag that would rival Santa, another two listings are back. So as the data is entered in, location plotted..voila...new six digit number..and instead of say 5 numbers advanced from the last trip to the IDX, there is a 50+ span. Soooo...other brokers around the state are up with the cows, beating the bushes and stocking the real estate shelves with new listings to add to the inventory! New listings from around the state of Maine are being added at a faster, faster rate than ever which means, brace yourself, here we go with another busy spring / summer / fall selling season! Consider Maine ..the state viewed number one in a slew of categories to live, work and play! Are brokers busy as a beaver because they need to file down their teeth or just have a disposition to gain inventory to have a great selection to fit the needs of the folks thinking of coming to the great state of Maine to buy? My teeth don't need filing so must be the desire to have lots of property to consider!
