Tears For Fears - Everybody Wants to Rule the World

Have you noticed a peculiar thing about the popular blogs - the ones that receive lots of comments:

Someone writes about how bad things are in their neck of the woods, and 75 people comment back about how right-on the info is, and that they're having problems too! It's like,

me too, and me too, and ...........

.......me too! Etcetera, etcetera, (imaging it said with Yul Brynner's famous inflection from "The King and I)

Very few positive suggestions in response.

Actually, I've posted several positive suggestions for Realtors and mortgage brokers, but these haven't received nearly as many responses as the bad news writers receive.

I've written about how using network marketing techniques can build significant extra income. And also about how an Australian Mortgage Accelerator can do the same for Realtors and mortgage brokers - both techniques put money in the pocket and build relationships.

So, I'm writing this as a test, so I'm only going to stress the negative. So here goes:

Things are bad and getting worse - especially for the real estate industry. 2009 is down the drain, 2010 MAY see a halt in the downward spiral of asset values. Business, when it does return, will see 25% fewer Realtors and 75% (or more) fewer mortgage brokers. And for those who remain, each transaction will result in fewer dollars earned.

What's your next career?

There, I've done it - written a depressing blog to elicit "me too" comments. I dare anyone to take the bait! But wait - did you catch the positive stuff?

I'm going to compile the positive vs negative responses. If my message is depressing enough, I should at least get a healthy number of responses. Hell, 138,000 members? Let's go, guys and girls (or ladies and gentlemen).

On second thought, you can post a comment if you are of no particular gender! That's called "Politically Correct"
