The February Cape Coral Home sales are out and they continue to be strong.
Other Cape Coral Market Statistics include:
- active home listings are as low as they've been in 27 months
- pending sales for the month are 594!!!
- closed sales for the month were 426
- average selling price did increase substantially....but this might be a blip...will have to see what happens over the next month or two
