The new median price for all homes in Orange County, California is $630,000.  For single family residences, the median price is $720,000, for condominiums it is $459,000, and for new home construction it is $621,000.

In Huntington Beach, California the median price for all homes ranged from $577,500 to $925,000 depending on the Zip Code.  In Zip Code 92648, where i live and work the median price is $925,000.
