Ocean City Condo Sales up 20% in February!

Hello from Ocean City MD!

Spring is in the air here at the beach! This past weekend we enjoyed temperatures in the mid 70's and lots of sunshine! The warmer weather seams to bring out the buyers looking to purchase their dream beach home prior to the start of the summer season. We are off to a good start here at the beach as the numbers from February were just released. Ocean City Condo sales are up 20% for the month of February, which shows buyers are starting to take advantage of the low prices and extremely low interest rates.

Good news, indeed, about that rise in action. I think it's the same in my area...might not just be a "spring thing"...could be a rise in markets, generally?
