Here is the 2008 housing market data for Fountain and Fort Carson areas of Colorado.

The Fountain and Fort Carson real estate market encompasses the areas South of Colorado Springs, to include Security and Widefield homes. In 2008 there was an annual average of 564 available homes for sale, 154 NEW listings and 77 SOLD homes each month in Fountain Valley and Fort Carson areas.

Sales Price Data:

The Fountain Valley and Fort Carson Area Real Estate market saw a 2008 annual average sales price of about $172,716 and an annual average median sale price of $1167,992.

Fountain Valley homes were getting the highest prices in January of 2008, at an average sale price of $196,641. The lowest sale prices was in September of 2008, at an average of $147,235.
