I looked up the multiple listing to see residential sales activity in February. This does not include sale by owners,multi units, commercial property and is subject to errors and omissiosn.

There were 9 homes that settled in February. The highest price was $735,000 , the lowest price was $162,500 and average price was $362,144. The homes were on the market for an average of 161 days. (days from listing date to date it went under contract for sale "
