Building a Denver referral network...

By
Education & Training with Sell with Soul

Hello Denver-ites!

Sometime in the next month, I am going to stop actively selling real estate and focus on writing, speaking & training (and a few other exciting little projects!). Therefore, I will be looking for just the right people to refer business to as it comes in. I want to find several market experts around the metro area - I'm not looking for just one person, but rather the BEST person for each individual client and situation.

I'm pretty picky about who I refer to (aren't we all?) and my primary criteria is this: If you can say with all sincerity that "The clients I have today are far more important to me than the clients I hope to have tomorrow" (that is, you've built your business based on taking exceptional care of your current buyers and sellers rather than always focusing on prospecting for new ones), let's talk!

I'm not necessarily looking for Top Producers, but some experience is probably a good thing. I'm looking for customer-service-oriented agents who truly have an area or market specialty (e.g. SE Aurora & Parker or Short Sales or Income properties).

Hope to hear from some awesome Denver agents!

I'd love to know how many agents you get collected together. Might be an interesting group.

Congrats on making the transition to full time author and speaker.  I'd like to throw my hat in the ring for a particular niche.  The niche that most Realtors despise.  The picky people who are demanding, make low ball offers, try creative financing, and have the worst ratio of looking at homes vs. making offers.

I'm talking about the investors.  I understand that credibility is everything and you want to hand them over to someone who will take care of them.  Feel free to take a look at my blog or I'd be happy to meet with you for lunch or coffee to get a better feel for me as a person.

Best of luck in your new expanded venture.

Hey Mike!

Thanks so much for responding! Guess no one else needs referrals, eh? I'd love to talk further about your expertise with investors - let's do coffee sometime. I'm traveling this week and catching up the next, but soon??

Awesome, way to go girl!!!! This is the perfect time for your expanding adventure. Agents are eager for knowledge and education that works.

If you need any help in Teller county or the high country of Park county then let me know. I always return calls and I think people are the best part of real estate. When people move to the mountains they are moving closer to their dreams. Multiple investor opportunities also exist in my market.

Give me a shout out when you have time.

Here is wishing you much continued success.

I think it is odd that this is a featured post about referral business and only four people have commented.

How did Realtor Rally go for you?

I thought so too! Guess no one needs referrals these days! But no worries - I pretty much have my local network put in place.

The Realtor Rally was fun - met a few Active Rainers. It's not really my scene, but I'm always glad I went!
