Bill - After getting past your sexy sultry voice, this is such a nice explanation of the APR. I try to break it down even simpler these days, "It's the Government's way of confusing people." They are pretty competent at that:)

I'm going to respectfully criticize. I agree with Jason that you have a sultry voice that is pleasing and I do like your explanation. I think it would be better if you could look into the camera and not have a relection coming off your glasses and keep your position steady. I think just once you moved in suddenly. But overall I thought the speed of your speech was great and it flowed pretty well. Thanks!

I'm still experimenting! I moved my desk to get rid of the window behind me. I'm still trying to get rid of the reflection of my computer monitors. Right now I'm limited by my camera that sits between the monitors. I think Brenda and I may go shopping Friday.
