Recently FannieMae (FNMA) announced a lookup page to tell if FNMA under the headline of "Does Fannie Mae or FNMA Own your mortgage?" With many people in trouble or with their mortgages being sold from one company to another many people have a hard time to even find who actually own's the mortgage on their house. For a link to the correct FannieMae web page to obtain this infomation I've put a link here.
With mortgage fraud escalating at a record pace it is important to find out who owns your mortgage and if you've been a victim of mortgage Fraud without even knowing it. In near future I will be posting several articles on how to determine if you've been a victim of fraud and how to combat it and how to stop mortgage fraud before it begins.
