Gita - Your area seem to have a few senior developments. This type of housing is frequently requested and will even more so as the population ages.

This sounds like a wonderful adult community with plenty of amenities and activities for babyboomers who aren't ready to "retire"!

Hi Gita, I have to say that I was surprised to see that you have the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. You look too young! Not that you have to be an 'oldster, but you know what I mean!

Diane, Yes this is a wonderful place and there are many who are still working full time.

Marian, Thank you. I got the designation long back in my 40s as I can relate to Seniors because of my parents,who live in India and I miss them so I take special care of Seniors.
