It was recently reported that Sumner County was over-built with new homes.  As of today Hendersonville TN Real Estate has 126 new homes listed for sale....with 50 pending.  In comparison...Gallatin TN Real Estate has 87 new homes on the market...with 15 pending.

I've noticed that several subdivision lots are for sale as a whole....and some builders are selling acres that were intended for other phases of their subdivisions. 

But, the good news is that our home prices continue to remain stable....with less than a 5% drop in prices since last year.  A couple of areas have actually had an increase in average sale prices.
