Debe, what an adorable photo of your furry friends, So sorry about Snoopy and I do hope Barney improves for you and has become Charlotte's friend. I bet she misses Snoopy as you do.
Debe, this is cool. Such a good photograph! It is true, that once we start looking, we see things that we missed before. ;-)
That pic is CUTE, sis......
BUT IT IS KILLING the Premiere Group Blog......
Scale it down some ok???
Max 600 pix wide ok?????
=-) thanks...
=-)
I love this!!!!
Debe, That could me me looking out the window. I am so ready for spring but no signs of it yet. We should start seeing some buds in early April.
I notice the dog is by the side that opens indicating first greetings and the cat, being more dinified, will be waiting after the flurry of activity to calmly rub up against you. Wonderful
Debe, very nice pic and sorry to hear about your little Snoopy. We lost our Bubba last year also.
HEY LINDA! I miss you around here SO much! Thanks for checking in every now and then. My Snoopy dog was a precious, poochie--he is probably the best dog I've ever had but, had more health issues than any pet I've ever had. He was very good with the boys and their friends when they were small and just loved Charlotte when she was brought into HIS home! (As you can expect, SHE became the queen very quickly--and still is)! Have a great Thursday!
Rosalinda- (I love your name!) They are so precious and you know, I didn't often seem them from the outside until I would come up the steps but, Ray would tell me that they sat there as long as they could see me out there--just precious!
Ann- Yes, I was actually on the other side of the door, chatting with my neighbor!
Libby- Thanks! Exactly! They could go out the back door but, I did not allow them out front because Snoopy would just go visit the neighbors in their backyards and I had a hard time finding him if he did leave! I thought it was perfect that they did have their own window!
Kevin & Monica- Thank you! They're our babies and are just SO incredibly precious--I can't imagine life without them!
Sheldon- AREN'T they?! Especially the cat--she NEVER forgets that it's breakfast or dinner time--that internal clock keeps her punctual, that's for sure! My little Barney can go all day long and not eat--he's more active and prefers playing and drinking water to eating--at least for now!
Carol- I know he is--that was a heart-wrenching loss and everytime I see his photo it reminds me of when the boys were young--he was just such a special part of our lives. I miss my baby, that's for sure!
Sally- I do love that picture! I was actually standing on the other side of the door chatting with my neighbor and they were waiting for me to come back in! Ray said that they did that as long as they could see me--I didn't always notice though.
Teresa- Aren't they?! I do miss my Snoops, that's for sure. You're a fur-baby lover too so, I know you know what I mean.
Kathleen- Thank you! Oh, Barney and Charlotte love each other too but, he's just not the mild-mannered dog that Snoopy was!! LOL
Teri- I love that photo--it just reminds me of so much more than what is before your eyes too! This was our old house that we thought would be best to have a more expansive first level so that Ray had more access in the home so, we moved. We miss our neighbors SOO very much and hope to return to that neighborhood in a few years, believe it or not!
Alexander- Done! So sorry about that--I just upload these on Wednesdays and since there's no adjustment needed to accomodate text, just leave it like it uploads! Sorry--I dropped it down to 600 now.
Susan- Thanks--arent' they precious?!
Barb- LOL ME TOO! We're seeing buds now and I've already got the fever! I'm READY too!
Paddy- You are oh, so, observant! Those windows had imaginary names on them and you're right, Snoopy had first dibs at the visitors and Charlotte had the option to run away if there were small children that she just didn't want to have to deal with! If the visitors are adults, she'll rub all over them!
Larrry- Thanks! Isn't it like a part of your heart is just never going to heal again? I get teary-eyed commenting on this and it's been two years! Snoopy was just such a special part of our lives. Sorry to hear about your Bubba too. What kind of dog was Bubba?
Debe,
You know I am a sucker for pet pictures. They are so patiently waiting for you...isn't that just the sweetest?
Hey, Debe. What a great photo and title. I can only imagine their excitement when they saw you. Take care, Jim
Pets are people too!
Well at least mine think they are!
your friend in Charlottesville Virginia!
Hi Debe: There is just nothing likethe unconditional love our FurBabies give us. They say we live longer and happier because of them........great little stress relievers. Charles has it right, Pets are people too :-) Hope you're doing fantastic!
Hi Debe, How cute! Great picture and what a nice welcome home greeting to have. Thanks for sharing
Looks like our house - whatever door we leave from the two guys stand guard more or less (Winston sleeps in sun and Miles sits at attention)...
Lori: You know those are the ones that I like to share--I just love looking at them myself! They are just SO incredibly sweet!
Jim: Doesn't it make you feel so good when they're sitting there waiting for you when you come to the door?! Just warms your heart, doesn't it?!
Charles: Mine too! And, they're right--they are!
Gail: Hey! I know, don't you just love it! They're so important in our lives and yes, they do add years to our lives.
Gary: Thanks so much! Isn't it so wonderful to be greeted by our fur-babies when we arrive home?!
Ryan: Ahh! So when does Miles sleep?! Snoopy used to lay on the rug behind him in the sun just to be ready to greet HIS next visitor! He always thought that everyone was coming to visit JUST him!
THANKS, sis...NOW it FITS!!!!!
I know sometimes uploading a great pic makes ya so excited ya forget... that is why I am here.....
=-)
Alexander: Well, thank YOU for keeping me straight! I did not know that would cause an issue so, now I'll know to cut the photos down to 600! You taught me something!
Have a blessed day...
They must be waiting for you and some food! Or maybe wanting a walk or looking at another animal outside. These precious moments are so rare and cool when we catch them on camera!
Hi Debe! Ray really got a good shot on this one! They are anticipating something, possibly food or just mama most likely, but they just might be the door guards also.
