Selling Homes on Ebay? Have You Done IT? Or Have You Bought One?

I always hear about people buying homes on Ebay and thought, how can that be? Don't you want to do a walk through or get a feel for the area? Please Let me know what your thoughts are on this waying of selling and buying homes on Ebay.  Happy Mothers Day!

I am sure you can buy a house on e-bay.  Here is the major problem the buyer could get tottally worked by not seeing the house or area.  Buyer beware!!!!!

I suppose that you couldbuy a home on ebay, but I know that ebay had a classified section to advertise, but not actually auction homes.

Ray,

I would not buy a house without seeing and inspecting it,  the same I would advise to my people (clients) so for local it will be good :)

I have not deal with ebay on real estate, I have not heard very good things about, but you can get many leads from there, who knows,  I have not tried my friend.
