Don't put non pet friendly buildings on that site and you won't be baiting and switching them.
It's just a way to get in front of their searches and refine yor message to them specifically.

To attract new clients online you have to start getting specific about your niche(s)
Actually, this is not the first time I have heard of this. I would like to change my username to my niche market. Makes sense.
