I've long talked about the concept of "Bait Sites". This is an idea I came across many years ago by accident and have been working hard at perfecting ever since.

In this video I talk about the concept and lead in a little to how it works with real estate.

Here is a special report I wrote a while ago about the concept, it's just as valid now as it was then.

Wow - what valuable information you have provided here for us. I'm very impressed and calling my SEO gal in the morning with questions on how I can do better in the Google rankings with www.amyzender.com using your tips! You're really onto something. Thanks for the fantastic post! Cheers!

Is this ethical? Is this misleading? Kinda like bait and switch. The consumer is thinking they are on one site then get switched to your site?

You're not lying to them Doug.

Get  Pet-Friendly-Seattle-Condos.com and you'll attract people looking for pet friendly condo's

Don't put non pet friendly buildings on that site and you won't be baiting and switching them.

It's just a way to get in front of their searches and refine yor message to them specifically.

No on'es looking for you by name.. or if they are... you already have them as a client

To attract new clients online you have to start getting specific about your niche(s)

Actually, this is not the first time I have heard of this.  I would like to change my username to my niche market.  Makes sense.

If anyone wants a "ivein" site for their area, let me know, we're going to be taking on about 5 new clients.

You can see more about the value of them here: http://bit.ly/TRBEU
