Winning, Not Whining: A Workshop for Everyone
Given people’s fear today about our nation’s economy, how do community leaders or neighborhood activists advocate for their position, especially if it might cost money?
With local newspapers disappearing and more folks getting their information from the internet, what’s the most effective way to tell your story today?
Join us Tuesday, March 31 to hear a panel discussion that includes current and a former elected local official, a current lobbyist, and a neighborhood leader share their perspective and advice.
Bring with you a brief description of an issue in your community that you need to advocate for a facilitated discussion on how to bolster your position with those inside and outside your neighborhood.
