Katie, I am proud to be a Realtor with the AllenTate Company, a LEADER in understanding what it takes to succeed in a challenging market! As your title indicates, we are CONSOLIDATING offices, not CLOSING offices. We have not lost any agents nor have we made our market footprint any smaller. Agents from ALL companies list and sell all over the marketplace, many times no where near their branch office. Not having a small office in a particular neighborhood shopping center is hardly an indication that the agents or the quality of their service are gone. I would venture to say that you would gladly assist a buyer or seller outside the Greenville Market Center. The same is true for Allen Tate agents. We know intimately the markets we commit to work, not just the ones we live in.

Allen Tate is the #1 real estate company in the Carolinas and our leaders have made proactive decisions for the success of US, the agents. Our leaders have ADDED many levels of assistance for agents to help us market and sell in these challenging times. They made a tough decision to shutter some of the bricks and mortar, a decision which, while painful to the ego, is a clear demonstration that our leadership team is FORWARD THINKING, not ego driven and making smart decisions that will ENHANCE our future status not detract from it.

We do NOT pay agent fees at Allen Tate and they have NOT and will not institute them in order to pay overhead. In fact, Allen Tate is a company with NO DEBT WHATSOEVER. How many companies today can say that? Joining Allen Tate has been the BEST decision I have ever made in my 30 years as a successful NC Realtor.
