I like your video. Did you shot it with a flip or what? I also like your lesson about real estate,short sales,foreclosures,etc.

The camera was Logitech's top of the line web camera for laptops about 4 or 5 years ago. It's gota great lens but a very short USB cord.

I'm recording directly to my desk top PC. I have very little control. Yes, I'm shopping.

The idea was a seres of very short lessons. I don't know if I'm going to continue.
