Brad, we love you! You are the Grand Master of our Active Rain Universe. You have always been there for us. Now we want to be there for you!

A one week vacation away from the Internet will infuse Brad with all these extraordinary ideas. Whenever I step away from my work for a week I come back with tons of ideas. He has given us so much; this would be one way to show him our appreciation.

Now about the jet lag...

Here is my thought: If only 10% of the active members send in ONE dollar, that should pretty much take care of this vacation.

He'll come back with a killer tan.

I'm not sure Mirela... could this be some Active Rain Ponzi scheme a la Bernie Madoff? How do we know that Brad would actually get to Tahiti? And the conspiracy theorists say that since you and Jeremy Blanton are both in Myrtle Beach that he may have paid you to ship Brad off, never to be heard from again so that Jeremy can rise in seniority at Active Rain Corp! Hmmmm....

Don't fall for it Brad... intelligence reports all link back to the Jeremy theory. Avoid any attempts by him to lure you into unfamiliar surroundings or airports. I'm working on setting up a series of "safe houses" where we can hide you until this blows over. I am also officially raising the Brad "Threat Level" to ORANGE! The chatter is that once Jeremy has gotten Brad out of the way that Rich will be the next target.

I'll sacrifice my day to day responsibilities to keep Brad out of trouble if everyone in the Rain can generate enough money to send me too!

OK... the latest unconfirmed intelligence report is that Jeremy is behind a massive Active Rain member money laundering scheme... he's offering everyone $2 if they will donate $1 toward Brad's "Tahiti" trip. That is where this all becomes scary... Brad will get on the plane, thinking that he's going to Tahiti, but the truth is when the plane lands he will be in Siberia and kept in a former KGB labor camp. I am also hearing that in addition to Rich being next on the hit list that Amanda is trying to arrange for Jorgen to join Brad in Siberia since she's still upset over the whole "Blog Button" debacle! Stay tuned for further developments.

I will send my penny bank....But the postage would be a lot more than a dollar. Wait, does Brad really want to go to Tahiti?

Rumor has it an annoymous donor flew Brad to Tahiti and is being held for a King's ransom. These pictures were DM'd to me on Twitter by someone who was "alledgedly" at the same hotel.

I forgot to add, I'll chip in $5 to bring Brad home. We miss you already!

I'll have the milk carton with Brad's face on it at the RETechSouth Conference next Friday. I'll send the $$$ back with Rich, if we can trust him.

Who's going to make sure Brad makes it back home safely? I can handle a week without him but I want to make sure Steve's intelligence source is wrong and that he'll safely return. With that guarantee I'll gladly kick in a dollar! BTW, What's in Tahiti??

Brad, I am adding the change in my cars ashtray. That is probably four or five bucks more towards your goal. Oh by the way I am also expecting to be tucked into your suitcase and released on a Tahitian Beach... Ahhhhhhh.......!!!!

While I can't promise a monetary donation, I will step up and perform any and all of Brad's duties (including answering any emails I might send him on a weekly basis) while he is away. Have no fear Jeremy, I'll do whatever you think Brad should be doing instead of sunning himself on some awesome beach. Consider it my contribution to the Brad-In-Tahiti Fund.

I left a comment recently to Brad that he needs a vacation. However, in light of the strapped economy, we would not want the scandal of over-consumption to taint his pristine reputation! Perhaps something closer would be more appropriate.The Sonoma Valley ?(where the wine tasting tours would be likely to obliterate any inclination to log on.) or maybe Palm Springs? As long as he promises to disconnect from all it devices, he might even prefer to hang out on his couch! Lets ask Brad where he would like to go!

I have been abducted by a group of masked thugs wearing blue beanies and sunglasses. I'm in the back of what appears to be a UPS truck. I am tied up so I have to use my nose and iphone to type this message. I think Jeremy Blanton is behind all this. please, please bail me out. These goons said if AR members don't raise the funds to send me to Tahiti, they'll cut off my fingers so I'll have to Blog with my toes.

Why punish Tahiti??? Hey Brad, Tahiti is fabulous. Don't let them fool ya - Moorea has satellite and internet for the truly addicted to Activerain... Snorkeling was fabulous and diving was even better... The water was a bit tough on laptop... Never take a tech geek on a dive... it wasn't pretty. $10 bucks into the jar.

Hey Brad, I came here from the 'reblog' post. That magic dollar link was awesome. I wonder if it can multiply into a few thousand? Heck, why stop there, maybe $100,000!
