Patuxent Point Townhouse

Patuxent Point townhomes are located in Solomons off of Route 4 across from the Foodlion. I like these townhomes because they are an affordable option when comparing to the Condo's in the area. They are also resonably priced around 270,000 is the average sales price.

You can walk to the Patuxent River which has a beach and a pier. The community also offers a swimming pool. Stores, shops and restaurants are located close by too. If you have a boat there are plenty of marinas in the area.

Currently there is only one listing available and it is priced at 269,900 with fees of $587/ Quarter. Homes for sale don't come up very often here and when they do they usually sell quickly so be sure to email me if you want to be notified when a new one comes up.
