Women's Council of Realtors Go Green

Today I had the opportunity to go to our monthly Women's Council of Realtors meeting. We got to hear all about Green building. It is so exciting to know that a home can actually be built to withstand 200 mile per hour winds and earthquakes or fires. We have the technology, we just need to reduce our footprints and embrace this new way of thinking. No more waste. Put all of your waste to a useful purpose and learn how. Go Green and let's teach others how to as well. Our resources are so precious. Let's all learn how to conserve and reuse materials.

These two women at today's meeting were talking trash, I mean about trash and another Realtor happened to listen in.

Oh that photos is great. I love it! I always baulked at our windows that said they were rated for over 200 mph thinking it wasnt true guess it really is.

We have the ability to reduce our footprints and build homes for life. Problem is that this concept is just now catching on. Can't wait to own my forever home. Doesn't mean that people won't still buy and sell, they will just be buying and selling better built homes.

Hi Kristen,

No I did not take this photo. It was on my camera though. I had another Realtor take photos for me because I am the tech guru at the meetings and usually handling microphone feedback, slideshows, etc. I laughed so hard when I saw it. It was a classic. Glad I could share it.
