South Peak Developer makes large financial commitment.                       In Spite of the Real Estate uncertainty Terramesa moves ahead.

New Entry Sign...to the South mountain slopes & South Peak Resort.

During last nights Broker open house many of the much anticipated plans were unveiled. A letter of intent to purchase a one million dollar chair lift from Doppelmayr U.S.A. was noted in the master plans. This lift would service the existing phase one home sites and the new Town-homes planned to be along the

Pemigewasset river and Private ski trails.

Phase 3 home sites: Are being made available for the first time, these sites feature direct national forest frontage, offer ski home and ski to the lift access and have the premium views many have been waiting for. This release is a departure from the original design; many were speculating the developer would save the best sites for last. But the Phase 3 home-sites will offer the cream of the crop location for a limited number of families (20+ sites on this private Cul-De-Sac, layout).

Private Ski Back Trail to a South Peak home.

Recreation facility:  The elevations and site plan were shown to the brokerage community for the first time last night. The schematic (Drawn by Vail Architects) show the sport complex with both indoor and outdoor pools, function rooms, and Spa facilities which will be located in the center of the community (at the site of the current horse stables).

Riverside Terrace Condos Completed in 2008.

The Terramesa Resorts intend to show the current South Peak owners and the owners to be that they are willing and able to move on infrastructure development in spite of the slow market. It is the developers feeling that this unique River Front and true slope side development is something special with those attractions requiring forward momentum.

The Loon Mountain Resort & Lincoln New Hampshire:  Offer easy accesses to the Boston second home market with a two hour all highway drive and just two miles from the interstate exit you are at this marvelous resort setting. The Town itself offers wonderful year-round attractions and entertainment, which the slope side resort is able to build on. Travelers already know the beauty of the White Mountains, have driven on the Kancamagus scenic road (which becomes main st. in Lincoln) have seen a play at the Papermill Theater, visited Clark’s trading post, lost river cave, the Whales Tale Water Park or have skied at the largest ski resort in New Hampshire (Loon Mt.).

What a statement the builder is making by committing to the expansion a few more like this and this market will be just a bad memory.

William, The best locations can not be replaced by waiting it out, for a better deal. Consumers know this but need to be reminded.
