Leads, Leads, and more leads.  They keep coming!  It is very exciting!

Almost everyday, My Blackberry alerts me that I have another sales lead from the Growth Leader Lead Generation on line program from Market Leader. I have had as many as 4 leads in the same day!   When there is a phone number included, I call them immediately.  So quick in fact, that at times, the client is still on my web site for their first visit.

The Growth Leader program is a complete contact management system, that manages your leads for you.  You file them in separate files, like hot leads, inactive leads, and you can also file the active leads according to immediate, 1-3 months, 3-6 months, etc.

You can see exactly what homes your contact has viewed and when.  The system then recommends homes that they have not seen, and allows you to email them to the client as well, along with a default but customized email message, which always directs them back to my web site.

This is a great system.  I like it very much!  I am in it several times each day.  I update my listings to the craigslist through Growth Leader as well!  I can advertise my listings to potential buyers through email as well.

On Line Promotion:  Through Growth Leader, you can post and update your listings to www.craigslist.org

Hand Held Media:  I receive text messages immediately, when a lead is in my web site

Web site:  Growth Leader provides me with a comprehensive web site, integrated with my local TREND MLS, where the lead can actually search for home manually, and also through automatic listing alerts

Lead Research:  When a new lead arrives, I can click on the name, and search for that person through www.whitepages.com to see their contact information

I have leads that have returned to my website 30 times, and over time, have viewed hundreds of homes, each time, looking at my profile picture and contact information.
