Well it finally opened up! It was a very busy good week, I couldn't get it all done was triple scheduled Thursday am for several hours. Wow do I miss my licensed team member! I got to show rural property all over our area this is fun because you see new stuff and new areas and you really get a good feel for the greater market.
I have always used the phrase "to see if the sellers have painted the walls purple" as the reason for the walk through just before closing. Going to have to change that - saw several on purpose purple interiors - yuck!
My husband is in sales too and he was swamped this week too. Part of this is spring but I think part of it is pent up demand. Americans like to buy things and they only wait so long. An example of this is dollar stores - so everybody can buy stuff once in a while.
I am determined to work as hard as I can to get back to where I want to be! That means being out of balance for awhile- but I've been self employed most of my life and do know how to make the most of time off and how to relax.
