What is Buyer's Agency?
If you are a first time home buyer, you should understand this. .

A Buyer's Agent will start with you by looking at all the inventory
Setting you up on a free personal email search, making you aware of new listings, new neighborhoods and new builders, making appointments to see all possible listings that meet your criteria and close consultation with you in case your criteria changes.

A Buyer's Agent  will make offers and negotiate on your behalf.
Buyer specialists are educated about the current market.  Their expertise to the
market, condition of home, and location  will help you negotiate the best possible
price
 and any needed repairs.

A Buyer's agent  will take your contract to close.  After your offer is
negotiated and accepted, your buyer consultant will consult you through the  inspections, contingencies, title problems, liens. . etc all the way to closing day.

Working with Herboso & Associates will assure you the highest possible care in finding just the right property for you and your family

How much should you pay for all this service?
NOTHING!
All sellers pay your Realtor's commission. .
YOU PAY NOTHING AT ALL!

Are you getting first time home buyers who can't qualify because of their debt to income ratio? What if you could show them a way to reduce their debt, save money plus help escalate their credit score. More details at http://www.A1ADebtFree.com

Very nice looking post! Remember that in Maryland Buyer Agents represent the interests of the Buyer "over and above their own interests". This is a good ppoint to reiterate to your clients. Good luck!
