Robert Osborne, the host of Turner Classic Movies, will be hosting his 5th Annual Robert Osborne Film Festival at the Classic Center in Athens, GA. 8 select films will be shown over a period of four days. The films are:
Goldfinger
King Kong (the original)
Rear Window
Funny Girl
Sunset Boulevard
For Your Consideration
The Godfather
E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial
Also, on Friday, there will be a panel discussion with the topic of "Film Festival Fare: Independent Filmmaking and its Influence on Hollywood."
Robert Osborne’s Classic Film Festival is an annual non-profit event of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
