BUGS 'R' DONE

I recently had lunch with a friend and former colleague Pat Rod Jennings. Pat and I both worked at The Hollywood Reporter for many years. Pat was Director of International Editions and I was the New York Manager and Director of East Coast Sales and Marketing.

Pat has always loved real estate, loves discussing it and since I've been a REALTOR® she has referred clients to me. Pat is considering becoming a real estate agent. While I usually don't encourage friends to go into real estate, I know Pat will be a fabulous agent and I would love to work with her again.

I knew Pat's Dad Dr. Robert Rod was an inventor and an environmental engineer but I assumed he had retired to play golf in Florida. It turns out he is in Florida but far from retired. At 86 years old his company "EnviroMan" has a HOT environmentally friendly product on the market BUGS 'R' DONE™

Pat Rod Jennings with her Cat AppolloPrior to EnviroMan's patented and EPA approved BUGS 'R DONE™  pesticides and bug sprays contained toxins and poisons that not only poisoned insects but can poison food, pets and humans. EnviroMan's product contains no water it's basic essence is orange peel oil. It suffocates rather than poisons insects. It is the only insecticide that has a category 4 rating from the EPA. It smells good too.

Dr. Rod's invention takes advantage of differences between insects and humans. Unlike man, the breathing passages of ants and all other insects are waterproofed by a wax lining. The food-grade ingredients in BUGS 'R' DONETM soften and dissolve this wax lining, clogging the passageways and quickly leading to the insect's death.

Human users and animals, especially sensitive cats, dogs and birds all are unaffected, as is the environment.

BUGS 'R' DONE™ is available at Whole Foods Markets throughout California and Florida and at The Whole Foods Market in The Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle in Manhattan. It can also be found at selected pet stores and health food stores or directly from EnviroMan in Boynton Beach Florida.

EnviroMan also has special programs for commercial use. It has been approved for use in Schools, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, apartment buildings and farms.

BUGS 'R' DONETMspray dries in minutes leaving no visible stains on hard surfaces. It is biodegradable, and, best of all, its EPA-approved label bears none of the usual warnings and precautions found on all non-selective name brand insect killers that more often than not can be toxic to users as well as insect pests!

BUGS 'R' DONETM is environmentally friendly.

However, BUGS 'R' DONETMis absolutely lethal to insects; flies, ants, roaches, fleas, mosquitoes, spiders and others.

Hi Joan.

It also repels bugs including fleas. I know it is safe around pets but I will find out if you should put it on the pets. I will let you know.

Orange is the new green! lol I love it. This sounds like a fabulous idea, and I'm thinking even though I am no longer a pet owner, it's safe around pets so I would use it in my home instead of something more toxic. Thanks for letting us know about this what a great find.

I bought 2 bottle of "Bugs R Done" for Field Crickets that were getting inside my apartment and terrace.  The only thing that was "Done" was my family and cat. The strong toxic smell triggered asthma attacks, the bugs Tap-Danced and Hip-Hopped their way right through it and my cat ran from it. How many day does it take to an kill insect? It was a waste of my money.  I found that nothing works as good as the "Chinese Insecticide Chalk" of the 1980's and 1990's. But the government made it illegal to sell in the US, because it looks like chalk that children would be attracked to play with.  Meanwhile, we still produce candy cigarettes, put cartoon camels on cigarettes, make toy guns, smoke and keep pretty colored cocktails around children.

Hi, Pat!

I'm going to try your product. I assume it's at least as successful as our advertising/production partnership at The Hollywood Reporter in the 1980s! Contact me!
