Bill: Thanks! I hope so too--keep your fingers crossed for a good turnout! We've been having alot of rain lately and I hope we don't get rained out tomorrow--BUT, it's the finals of the ACC tournament so, I hope buyers will stop in and watch the game with us!

Thanks Don! I do hope that this one goes quickly as it is a referral from a favorite friend here in the Rain and I am doing everything that I can to get it sold quickly! We do bake cookies and have to make sure that there's plenty left for the guests!! LOL
Hi Sharon! We had a very slow OPEN--but, that's not unusual here this past year. It seems that we have them more often and have less attendees but, it only takes ONE buyer, right?!
