Thanks Don! Many Buyers know that they can now access listings online. Having that available to them is GREAT! Much better than the Buyer's Guides in supermarkets that are out-of-date before they even get printed!

I encourage my clients to browse online listings from up-to-date sources. But many clients don't like trying to figure out which homes are the new homes and which homes have had price changes. This service allows them to have that information without having to look through long lists of homes and trying to figure it out on their own. Clients love it!
