The Federal Trade Commission just released a Consumer Alert (May 2007) titled "Buying a Home: It's a Big Deal."

It clearly explains agents, brokers, commissions, disclosure and many other important items consumers should be aware about before they purchase a home. I highly recommend all persons considering a home purchase read the Consumer Alert and act accordingly.
