The market is starting to heat-up as it does every Spring. There is an increased inventory of homes for sale in our local market. There has only been a small increase in median home prices over the last two months (since Feb. 2007). The quantity of homes is a treat for buyers, concerning price and selection. At this time, we recommend that sellers consider all offers seriously. This is a buyers market.
