When you are asked those tricky questions that you are forbidden from answering. I send my clients to Zip Skinny. It gives them "The Skinny" on a wide variety on statistics. I just write it down for them and tell them to look for themselves.

Kevin - That's good advice. I use www.city-data.com and now I have 2 sites for my buyers to visit. BTW - Thanks for correctly guessing Atlantis Resort on my blog. I'll make it harder next time.
