Yesterday I had the opportunity to Show one of our listings.  It is a wonderful 72+ acre parcel in northern Colorado.  Located about 15 minutes north of Fort Collins, This land has domestic water on site an additional well and a stream.  The mountain vistas are spectacular.

It has been a while since I have walked farm land but the memories of my youth came rushing back.  I showed this land to a longtime farmer who has a dream to use this land.  It was also nice to hear some stories about farming and ranching in Northern Colorado "back in the day".  I hope he can make it work because I like his dream.

I love working with all kinds of people but I have a soft spot for folks who can understand where I came from.  Lifetime resident of Northern Colorado.

David, I grew up in the hills of Tennessee and didn't even know anybody who lived in "town."  I went home last week and realized what a special life farm life is.  Now I'm homesick.  Nice blog.  Good luck on the deal.

Country living is the best...great place to raise a family. I only wish we were a bit more in the sticks, so my kids would be out of cell phone range...
