Last Friday, Flat Caleb accompanied me to my office. I had a class to teach and thought it was a perfect time to introduce Flat Caleb to the folks I work with and give him a tour of our office:

He was excited, and made sure that he wore his new suit. First, we met up with some of my fellow instructors: Matt Jones and Sue Weir. Matt helps me teach the ProManage - Top Producer coursesin addition to his job as our Market Center's CMA, and Sue is in charge of our Camp 4-4-3 Programs. He also spent some time with our receptionist, Bertie.

First, he helped make some copies of flyers for our office. Then he answered phones for the front desk. (I wonder if people could understand him through his snorkel mask...) Finally, he helped collect payments for monthly agent billing. But, since most agents have an automatic w/d set up, Flat Caleb did not get to collect much money. (Heck! He wouldn't have seen much money anyway, as Keller Williams "desk fees" are super low.)

Class was about to start, so Flat Caleb grabbed a seat in the first row and started preparing for Internet Lead Generation - one of the most popular classes that I teach for Keller Williams. I teach a variety of classes, but in this day and age, Internet Lead Generation is ALWAYS a great class. And, this is why I love Keller Williams - there is ALWAYS a class to take and a cutting edge course to be a part of. When we got to the part about online communities, Flat Caleb was my guest speaker as we showcased Active Rain.

After our 6 hour class, Flat Caleb and I had a little fun. We started with an unexpected game of hide-and-seek, where I found him enjoying a cocktail in the fake plant. While I made a few copies of our new contract, Flat Caleb "hung around" in the foyer, and checked out the stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak.

Gary- If you haven't figured this out already, this is for fun - part of an ongoing "project" here, on AR. But remember: There is something to learn in anything you read. But if you REALLY want something to chew on, please read most of my other posts. However, I can't be serious all the time! :)
