Don't leave you hotel key cards behind!

While some claim it is fiction that key cards store personal data (including credit card information), several investigations have shown that encoding does occur.

Most major hotel chains have since eliminated putting personal information on key card strips, but it is still a good idea to take your key card with you when you leave and have it destroyed.

Identity thieves are everywhere, which means your credit could be at risk. Safeguard your personal information and stay informed of the latest ways that your credit can be stolen.
